ALE HydroSalt supplementing the loss of electrolytes occurring during physical exercise, as a result of intense perspiration, as well as as a result of diarrhea and vomiting.
When to use HydroSalt ALE?
Muscle spasms / electrolyte losses during and after physical exercise
Preparing the body for physical exertion
Dietary supplement ALE HydroSalt are electrolyte capsules that provide sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium, which are key macro-elements responsible for the proper functioning of the body.
Sodium and potassium, as the main external and intracellular ions, are responsible for proper hydration of the body, as well as for maintaining the acid-alkaline balance of the body. Along with calcium, they also affect the transmission of nerve impulses and regulate normal muscle contractility. Hence, during the period of large losses of sodium, neuromuscular conduction may lead to painful muscle contractions.
Increased muscle contraction may also be the result of magnesium deficiency, which, apart from regulating muscle function, also regulates the course of the most important energy changes in our body.
Regardless of the cause of increased losses or demand for electrolytes (poor diet, period of increased sweating, diarrhea and vomiting), their deficiencies can lead to disturbances in the body's water management as well as disturbances in the nervous system, circulatory system as well as muscle contraction disorders.
