Flax seeds, 250 g
- Flax seeds positively affect the functioning of the digestive system, supports normal intestinal peristalsis.
- Flax seed infusion has a soothing and shielding effect. Flax is also a rich source of fiber.
One tablespoon of seeds (about 10 g) mix with warm water (200 ml) and cook covered for about 15 minutes. Strain. Eat after cooling down.
Recommended use one portion, once a day.
Flax seeds can also be used as a coating for meat or fish, as an addition to salads, yoghurts, muesli, home-made bread and cookies.
