Take 1 gel every 20-40 minutes during exercise.
Other endurance sports (adventure racing, hiking, mountaineering, ultra competitions):
Take 1 gel every 60-120 minutes during exercise.
Individual sports (tennis, squash, badminton, fencing):
Take 1 gel every 30-45 minutes during exercise.
Team sports (soccer, basketball, volleyball, handball, hockey, rugby):
