Who is the data administrator?

What data are we processing?
We process the data you provide in connection with the use of our portal. These are primarily the data necessary to provide you with the user account name, addresses, telephone number, e-mail address. If you decide to receive the newsletter from us, we also process the e-mail address provided by you.
We also process data that you leave when you navigate our portal and use its functionality. These are data left in the so-called cookies.
What are the purposes and legal grounds for the processing of your personal data and for what period will it be processed?
The legal grounds for processing your data for specific purposes are as follows:

Who do we entrust the data to?
Our Partners and Service Providers support us in running the portal and some of its functionalities. They are external entities that we can share data with.

Our service providers are, for example, IT service providers, marketing and graphic agencies, and other providers supporting us in the current operation of the portal. We conclude contracts with our Suppliers on the basis of which Suppliers can process the data entrusted to them only in accordance with our instructions.
Your data may also be transferred to entities authorized to obtain them on the basis of applicable law, eg law enforcement authorities in the event of a request being made by the authority on the appropriate legal basis (eg for the needs of pending criminal proceedings).
Partners and service providers can operate in countries that provide a different level of protection than that in the European Union. In the case of transmission of data to recipients from third countries, ie from countries outside the European Economic Area, we undertake all necessary actions to ensure that the level of protection will be maintained in accordance with the applicable law.
Do you need to provide data?
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data marked as necessary to use particular functionalities will prevent us from providing these services.
What are your rights related to the processing of personal data?
You have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data by us:
the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of the data,
the right to request data rectification
the right to delete data (in certain situations),
the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data,
the right to limit data processing.
If you gave us permission to process your data, you also have:
the right to withdraw consent in the scope in which they are processed on this basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
the right to transfer personal data, i.e. to receive from the administrator your personal data, in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You can send this data to another data administrator.

Personal data may be disclosed by the Seller to entities cooperating with it (data recipients): (1) to entities providing and supporting IT systems used by the Seller, (2) entities providing services related to the Seller's operations in order to perform their obligations under the contract concluded between The Seller and the person placing the order, in particular in the field of transaction processing, financial and accounting services, customer service (by phone and e-mail), (4) entities providing services in the field of supply of Products (5) to intermediaries in making online payments, ( 6) entities that are suppliers of the Online Store in the scope of complaint services and returns, (6) opinion-forming entities, (7) entities cooperating with the Seller in commercial and promotional campaigns - under relevant agreements entrusting the processing of personal data and providing a pile of by the abovementioned entities with adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure data protection.
What are "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small IT data, taking a literal or numerical form (text files), stored in resources on end devices intended for using websites (eg a computer, tablet, smartphone). These files allow to distinguish the device of a given user and properly display the website adapted to his individual preferences.
